Request a Fundraising Campaign

Please submit your request for approval at least 10 business days before your event or activity. (Eight weeks if a raffle is involved).

All fundraising campaigns that benefit a University entity and involve alumni must be approved by University Advancement. This policy includes all colleges/schools, departments and athletic teams, and includes both on- and off-campus fundraising campaigns.

Once a request is received, someone from University Advancement's Annual Giving and/or Alumni Relations will reach out to set up a meeting to discuss University resources available for your fundraising campaign. (ex: online registration, online donations, crowdfunding platform, data lists, publicity etc.)
