Homecoming

香港六合彩开奖 will celebrate Homecoming Sept. 27-28. Join in Fall Festival activities as you reconnect with the University through two exciting days filled with food, fun and celebrations.

Attendees will enjoy several exciting activities such as awards, presentations, reunions, sports fun, a tailgate, bonfire and so much more.

Homecoming is open to students, alumni, friends, family, faculty, staff and the community. Join us on  and  for important updates and announcements.

Friday, Sept. 27

Homecoming CE, Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High — 11:30-4 p.m.

Located in the Student Union Ballroom
This course will equip you to handle tough, risky, or sensitive conversations honestly and respectfully, foster alignment, agreement, and safety around high-stakes issues, and empower you to speak up to anyone, at any time, about nearly anything.

McLean Lecture of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry — 5:30 p.m.

C114, Chemistry Building
In 2017, the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry chose to highlight the career of long-serving faculty member and previous Chair Dr. John A. McLean, Jr. by establishing an annual lecture in his honor. This event, attended by both faculty and students, aims to call attention to the work of traditionally marginalized scientists and enrich discourse by covering a diverse set of topics in chemistry.

The 2024-25 academic year will mark a significant time at 香港六合彩开奖’s School of Architecture & Community Development as we celebrate three major milestones: 

  • 30th anniversary of the Detroit Collaborative Design Center
  • 45th anniversary of our Warsaw, Poland exchange program 
  • 60th anniversary of the School of Architecture & Community Development 

Several activities during Homecoming weekend will amplify and reflect on these significant milestones. If you can only make one activity, please consider attending our main event, the 30 | 45 | 60 Anniversary Gala, which will celebrate the legacy and the future of SACD on Sept. 27 in the Loranger Exhibition Space. Stay tuned for more details on the other activities. 

Saturday, Sept. 28

Registration at Welcome Tent. The annual Tour du Titan is a relaxed paced 11 mile (17 km) bike ride through the beautiful and historic neighborhoods adjacent to the McNichols campus.  The neighborhoods include the University District, Green Acres, Sherwood Forest, Bagley and more!  

CHP Research Symposium — Noon - 4 p.m

Located in the Health Professions Facility. It includes Lunch and poster display, Meet the Dean event, and concurrent workshops. Find schedule and more about the .

Lacrosse Reunion Game — 11 a.m.

Located at Titan Field
Following the game, join fellow alumni and friends for the third annual Titan Men's Lacrosse Alumni Fundraiser! .

Located in the Architecture Exhibition Space. Students, alumni, community members and entrepreneurs join the Entrepreneurship Association for a keynote panel discussion featuring local entrepreneurs followed by networking, food and refreshments.

Located in the Fisher Field. Celebrate all Titan athletic teams while enjoying music and refreshments and the warm glow of a bonfire. Donuts, cider and s’mores will be available.

NPHC Yard Show — 9 p.m.

Located in the Student Union Amp. Celebrate community and culture with our National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) / multicultural fraternities and sororities. Each participating organization is allotted a time slot where they can showcase their chapter's history and traditions through steps, strolls, chants, and/or dancing.
