Biography

Becky Vires is a recent Creighton University graduate who is originally from the Chicago suburbs. At Creighton, she studied chemistry, art history, classics and theology. She spent time working on an archeological dig and in a materials science lab and has a particular interest in ceramics and ceramic science. A part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Becky is serving as the associate university minister this year. She has a deep love of making connections with all sorts of people, church music, liturgy and retreats that has been fostered through growing up with grandparents in music ministry, summer camps and leading high school and college retreats. Becky enjoys baking cookies, playing Dungeons and Dragons and indie-pop music.
